Nicole Limones is a freelance animator specializing in traditional and digital forms of 2D animation, character design, and illustration. She was born and raised in Lawrence, Kansas, where she currently resides and has worked on projects both on the local and international level. In 2019, she earned a second Bachelors degree in character animation from the California Institute of the Arts, having earned her first in violin performance at the University of Kansas. She thoroughly enjoys the art of storytelling both visually and musically and aims to create lasting moments and characters that audiences will connect with and delight in.

When she’s not working at her animation desk or in front of a music stand, she can be found tending to her garden, snuggling with her cat Lilly, working on a crochet project, cooking healthy but delicious food, and enjoying time with her family.
